Refund and Returns Policy

At wrfb.ie, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and downloadable software products.

 

 

In addition to the above, we do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. If the refund is not posted, contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve taken these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to the provided physical address.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

To return your product, please mail it to the provided physical address. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
